The cabbage poultice can be repeated two or three times daily as needed, using fresh cabbage each time.

OPTION 2 :
Just cut some cabbage and place on those painful location for an hour or more and see nature's miracle! It can also be used on that painful spot over night.

NB. Wrap your leg with cabbage for 1 hour and say goodbye to joint pain.


TO EASE ARTHRITIS JOINT PAINS

Fighting against inflammations, makes cabbage a good agent that relieves pain in case of arthritis. The best way to use it is compresses.


Ingredients needed:
Cabbage;
Bandage;
Rolling pin;
Aluminum foil;


Steps to follow:

Wash several leaves of cabbage, cut the hard core and let them dry. Put them on the table and bruise the leaves with the rolling pin until the juice is extracted. At this point you can pack the leaves in aluminum foil and warm them in the oven for 3-4 minutes. Apply the cabbage on the affected area and wrap it in bandage. Let the remedy action for about an hour, then rinse with warm water.


Recommendations:

• Apply this remedy three times a day, but use fresh leaves.
You can also use cold compresses. Instead of putting the cabbage in the oven you can put it in the fridge.
