PASTEURIZED DAIRY CAUSES INFLAMMATION IN THE BODY AND EXCESS MUCUS



- Halaal certified dairy does not mean that it is also tayyib.

Muslims are actually commanded to eat food that is not just halal but Tayyib meaning pure and wholesome. Halal is defined as food that is permissible according to Islamic law. Tayyib means wholesome, pure, nutritious and safe.

Just because your body doesn’t outright reject milk on the spot with allergic reactions, smaller symptoms and signs are warning indicators that dairy products, especially processed ones, are not “doing the body good.”

The dairy industry also mentions vitamins in milk, such as vitamin D, but often times the homogenization and pasteurization processes cook out the nutritive qualities, and so another health myth is debunked.

So then, if you have dairy allergies or you’re lactose intolerant, don’t think you’re missing out on much.


BEST MILK TO CONSUME

Almighty Allah Mentions In The Holy Qur’aan:
“And verily in the cow, there is a lesson for you.

We give to you a drink which is in their bellies, from between excretions & blood, [LABANAN KHAWLISAN], pure milk, palatable to the drinkers.”

What has been meant to be a beneficial food as it is mentioned in the Qur’aan, as it was beneficial in the past, is unfortunately not common in our era.

Our milk goes through PASTURISATION, HOMOGENISATION, HORMONES & ANTI BIOTICS.

If dairy milk is produced in a humane and fair standard of which the Animals can still enjoy a mostly "natural" life and share their production with us in a way that does not amount to cruelty as well as illness due to grain feeding and mass extortion, then there wouldn’t be problems with it.

But there is a move and hype about getting pure milk as people are realising the suffering caused and are also being educated on the harms of common foods.
So we have to get pure original milk.

As organic foods have risen in popularity, so-called artisanal foods like raw organic cheese and milk are also undergoing a renaissance.

More and more, people are recognizing that the industrialization of our food system has dramatically reduced the quality of our food.

Organic and sustainably grown foods are safer in both regards, and they can be more nutrient-dense as well.

This is particularly true for raw milk, as pasteurization destroys many valuable nutrients and enzymes in the milk.

While nearly every "public health expert" who promotes the unislamic narrative that all milk must be pasteurized before it can be safely consumed, it's worth remembering the real truth that raw milk was consumed for ages before the invention of pasteurization.

It's also important to realize that pasteurization may only really be required for certain kinds of milk; specifically that from cows raised in crowded and unsanitary conditions and are fed an unnatural diet that promotes disease.... shouldn't even be consuming that junk anyway if there are healthier alternatives available.

It really needs to be pasture-raised, NOT pasteurized.

Getting your raw milk from a local organic farm is one of the best ways to ensure you're getting high quality milk.
