HARMFUL WHITE SYNTHETIC SPIRIT VINEGAR VERSUS HEALTHY ORGANIC VINEGAR



1) Organic vinegar is basically naturally double fermented with an acetic content of between 3%-4%, whilst the common cheap white/brown water vinegar is made of water and 7%-8% fossil based acetic acid.

2) Organic vinegar is made from any fruit with a natural sugar content - Dates, Apples, Pomegrenates, Raisins, Honey etc.The juice is pressed and fermented in a certain way for between 3-6 months, then bottled with the "mother" enzyme. Synthetic vinegar is made in a factory by merely adding water to fossil-based lab produced acetic acid. It's highly artificial and harmful.

3) Natural vinegar (we prefer Dates Vinegar Khall) has great medicinal and nutritional value - it turns to alkaline in the stomach, and acts as an infusion for many medicinal herbs. Synthetic vinegar is excellent for cleaning purposes only, but is very harmful to the health and should be avoided at all costs:

" It irritates the stomach and colon lining, giving rise to ulcers and IBS.

" It corrodes teeth enamel and weakens the digestive juices in the saliva and liver.

" It produces copious amounts of uric acid in the body, leading to gout, rheumatoid arthritis, and brittle bones.

Make the switch today. Use only organic vinegars with the "mother" enzyme in your home, and leave the cheap synthetic vinegar to clean your table top instead.
