RAW HONEY & TURMERIC FOR COLDS & FLU


 

Here’s how to prepare the powerful combination of turmeric and honey:

Ingredients:

100 grams (3.5 oz) raw honey
1 tbsp turmeric powder
A pinch of black pepper (to boost the absorption of turmeric)
1 tsp lemon zest (optional)
2 tbsp of unfiltered raw apple cider vinegar (optional)

Preparation:

Mix honey with turmeric and black pepper. If you decide to use apple cider vinegar and lemon zest, add them as well. Then, pour the mixture into a glass container with a lid and store at room temperature for up to two weeks.

Consume a teaspoon each day to get rid of allergies, colds, flu, and fortify the immune system.

In the case of a cold or the flu, take 1/2 a teaspoon every hour on the first day of the treatment, continue taking 1/2 a teaspoon every 2 hours, and on the third day, take the same amount three times daily.

To treat respiratory conditions like lung issues, asthma, and bronchitis, take half a teaspoon three times a day.

Note: Keep the golden honey in the mouth until it is dissolved before you swallow it.
