➵Prophet Mohammad (صلّى الله عليه و سلّم) loves cat.
➵Cats are clean and pure animals.
➵Cats can enter houses and Mosques.
➵The love of cats is a sign of faith in Islam.
A prostitute woman was forgiven and given Jannah because of her been kind to a thirsty & a random dog (without owner) around the well by giving it water to drink only. Unlike for another woman; she earned Jahannam because of her been cruelled with a cat by starving it to death.
The lesson(s) here is telling us that we should be kind and just with every creature of Allah according to the limits of the senses they're given respectively and blame them not beyond that. This is why Allah Himself does not hold anyone accountable for what he/she may done out of forgetfulness or ignorance.
