ANIMALS DON'T FEEL PAIN WHEN SLAUGHTERED IN HALAL WAY

Generally the Non Muslims and critics of Islam have a criticisms against the Islamic method of slaughtering animal known as 'Zabiha'

They ask 'why do Muslims slaughter so ruthlessly slowly from front and not in one jhatka (ie: chopping of neck from behind in one stroke)'?

When we do 'Zabiha' we cut the throat, the blood vessels in neck and the wind pipe without damaging the spinal cord. In this, the nerves responsible for the feeling of the pain, which sends signals to the brain is also severed, which causes the animal not to feel the pain because in seconds the nervous system is cut and brain doesn't recognises the pain.

The animal kicks and shakes himself, not because of pain, but due to the gush of the flow of blood outside the body, which causes the muscles to contract and relax.

So even it's scientifically proven that, the animals doesn't feel the pain when slaughtered in halal way. And the Islamic method is the most peaceful way of slaughtering.
