SWITZERLAND TO BAN NIQAB IN PUBLIC PLACES
It is International Women's day today. Switzerland is celebrating the day by banning Muslim women from wearing the Niqab. Swiss voters have voted 51% in favour to ban the face veil Niqab in public places. Do you know how many women wear the Niqab in Switzerland? 1,000? 10,000? No, researchers say the number of women wearing the Niqab are between 21 to 37!
So the country has voted to restrict the freedom of 20+ women on whether they want to cover their faces or not. Just over 20 women, it's laughable. This isn't about these few women, but this just shows the rising islampahobia throughout Europe and the demonisation of Muslims. Just look at the poster above. An angry woman in Niqab with the writing "Stop Extremism".
Oh and I forgot.... Women! Make sure to wear your mask, just make sure it doesn't make you look Muslim in any way. do you see how stupid this is. Telling women to wear a mask but banning muslim women from wearing the Niqab, which is no different than many masks that are just a cloth that cover half the face.
