The government has focused on the possibility of burying the bodies of those who died of the corona infection.
A press release issued by the Prime Minister's Office stated this.
Accordingly, a meeting was held today at the Prime Minister's Office located in the Parliament premises.
The meeting took place between Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa and health chiefs.
Health officials said the corona virus had been present in the bodies of people who died of corona infection for about 36 days.
The Hon'ble Prime Minister advised to select the bodies of those who have died due to corona infection and the dry ground where the ground water level is very deep as per the recommendation of the health experts.
Also, the Prime Minister pointed out that issues that could affect health cannot be determined on the basis of race and religion.
In addition, all ethnic groups are required to adhere to health guidelines
It is noteworthy that Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa stressed the need for cooperation.
